We gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of your delivery date.

We want you to love everything you order — if something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

To Be Eligible, Items Must Be:

  • With all original tags still attached 

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any stains

  • Returned within the approved return timeframe

We inspect all returns upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Please note that any shipping costs associated with returning an ineligible item are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days and sent to your email.

Final Sale — Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout

  • Bodysuits and intimates

  • Jewelry and accessories

A Few Things to Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages — we recommend keeping your drop-off receipt as proof

Received the Wrong Item or a Damaged Item?

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, you are eligible for a full refund. Please submit your request through our Returns Portal for review and approval. We may ask for a photo of the item to process your request.
